Delete your Atlo account
Atlo Parents is the app where a grown-up looks after the family's Atlo account. You can delete the account, and everything that belongs to it, at any time.
In the app
Open Atlo Parents, tap Account (the person icon at the top), then Delete account. The account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We reply to confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and email address, your children's profiles and settings, everything they played and learned, and your paired TVs, which go back to playing as a guest. If you signed in with Apple, our access to your Apple account is removed too.
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you or your children. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. A short log of pairing events, which holds no child data, is kept for up to 90 days to keep pairing safe.

Hesabınız ve e-posta adresiniz, çocuklarınızın profilleri ve ayarları, oynadıkları ve öğrendikleri her şey ve eşleşmiş TV'leriniz (misafir olarak oynamaya döner). Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple hesabınıza erişimimiz de kaldırılır.
Neler saklanır
Sizi veya çocuklarınızı tanımlayan hiçbir şey. Yedekler 30 gün içinde üzerine yazılır. Çocuk verisi içermeyen kısa bir eşleştirme olayı kaydı, eşleştirmeyi güvenli tutmak için en fazla 90 gün saklanır.
