Atlo is a learning adventure for children aged 3 to 6 that is played on Apple TV with Atlo the owl. Atlo Parents is the phone app where a grown-up looks after the family's account. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers both apps.

Children
Children never create an account, type, or send us anything about themselves. A parent or guardian creates the account in Atlo Parents, adds a nickname for the child (it does not have to be their real name) and an age band, and pairs a TV. By doing so you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and agree to this policy for the child. We collect only what is needed to run the game and show you your child's progress. We do not show advertising, we do not track children, and we do not sell or share data for marketing.
What we collect
- You (the parent): your email address (or the private relay address Apple gives us if you use Sign in with Apple), and an account id.
- Your child's profile: the nickname you choose, an age band (3–4 or 5–6), an avatar, and the settings you pick: language, daily time limit, bedtime, Calm Mode, accessibility and content choices.
- How your child plays: which adventures were started and finished, the stars earned, the time played, and the progress in skills such as English words, numbers and geography. The TV sends this under an anonymous id that is linked to your child's profile when you pair it. Before a TV is paired, the adventures played on it stay on the TV and are sent only when you pair it.
- Your TVs: the TV's name, when it was paired and last seen, and a short log of pairing events, to keep pairing safe.
We do not collect your child's name, photo, voice, location, contacts or advertising identifier, and the apps contain no analytics or advertising software.
Why we use it
To sign you in, to run the game as you set it, to show you what your child played and learned, to pick suitable adventures, to keep pairing secure, and to fix problems. We do not use it for anything else.
Who handles it
We use a few services to run Atlo: Supabase (hosting and the database, in Frankfurt, Germany), Resend (sends your sign-in code by email) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, if you choose it). They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not send information about your child to anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. You can delete the account at any time in Atlo Parents (Account → Delete account). That deletes your children's profiles, their progress and your paired TVs right away, and removes our access to your Apple account. Backups are overwritten within [30] days.
Your rights
You can see, correct and delete your family's data in the app, or write to [email protected] to ask for a copy, a correction, deletion, or to object to processing. If you are in the EU or UK you may complain to your data protection authority; in Türkiye to the KVKK Board; in the US you may contact the FTC. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
Data is sent encrypted (HTTPS) and each family can read only its own data. No system is perfectly safe; tell us at [email protected] if you find a problem.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters we will tell you in the app before it applies.

Çocuklar

Neleri topluyoruz
- Siz (ebeveyn): e-posta adresiniz (Apple ile giriş yaparsanız Apple'ın verdiği gizli yönlendirme adresi) ve bir hesap numarası.
- Çocuğunuzun profili: seçtiğiniz takma ad, yaş aralığı (3–4 veya 5–6), bir avatar ve ayarlar: dil, günlük süre sınırı, uyku saati, Sakin Mod, erişilebilirlik ve içerik tercihleri.
- Oyun bilgisi: başlanan ve bitirilen maceralar, kazanılan yıldızlar, oynama süresi, İngilizce kelimeler, sayılar ve coğrafya gibi becerilerdeki ilerleme. TV bunu anonim bir numarayla gönderir; eşleştirdiğinizde çocuğunuzun profiline bağlanır. TV eşleştirilmeden önce oynanan maceralar TV'de kalır ve ancak eşleştirdiğinizde gönderilir.
- TV'leriniz: TV'nin adı, ne zaman eşleştirildiği ve son görüldüğü zaman, eşleştirme güvenliği için kısa bir olay kaydı.
Çocuğunuzun adını, fotoğrafını, sesini, konumunu, rehberini veya reklam kimliğini toplamıyoruz; uygulamalarda analiz veya reklam yazılımı yoktur.
Neden kullanıyoruz
Girişinizi sağlamak, oyunu ayarladığınız gibi çalıştırmak, çocuğunuzun neler oynadığını ve öğrendiğini göstermek, uygun maceraları seçmek, eşleştirmeyi güvenli tutmak ve sorunları gidermek için. Başka bir amaçla kullanmıyoruz.
Kimler işliyor
Atlo'yu çalıştırmak için birkaç hizmet kullanıyoruz: Supabase (barındırma ve veritabanı, Frankfurt, Almanya), Resend (giriş kodunu e-postayla gönderir) ve tercih ederseniz Apple (Apple ile giriş). Bunlar verileri bizim adımıza işler, kendi amaçları için kullanamaz. Çocuğunuza dair bilgiyi başka kimseye göndermeyiz. Ne kadar saklıyoruz
Hesabınız var olduğu sürece. Hesabı istediğiniz an Atlo Parents'ta silebilirsiniz (Hesap → Hesabı sil). Çocuk profilleri, ilerlemeleri ve eşleşmiş TV'leriniz hemen silinir, Apple hesabınıza erişimimiz kaldırılır. Yedekler [30] gün içinde üzerine yazılır.
Haklarınız
Aile verilerinizi uygulamada görebilir, düzeltebilir ve silebilirsiniz; ayrıca [email protected] adresine yazarak 6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesindeki haklarınızı (bilgi alma, düzeltme, silme, itiraz) kullanabilirsiniz. Başvurunuza en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır.
Güvenlik
Veriler şifreli (HTTPS) iletilir ve her aile yalnızca kendi verilerini görebilir. Bir sorun bulursanız [email protected] adresine yazın.
